  LFGA is offering a rod building workshop starting Monday April 7, 7 - 9:30 PM at the LFGA Hut.

  Course will run 6 Monday evenings.

  Attendees will build a fly rod: 5 wt, 9 ft, 4 piece. Rod kits are included in the registration fee - $120. Supplies are included.

  Attendees will need to bring their own butane lighter (Bic cigarette lighter) and small scissors.
  

  Class is limited to 18. Registration is open until February 21 to allow time to order supplies.

  Instructor is LFGA volunteer Tedd Walcott.

• Coulee Clean Up 2025

  Once again LFGA members we are doing the Coulee Cleanup in cooperation with the Helen Schuler Center.

  When: Saturday April 12th 9:00 AM to Noon

  Where: Elizabeth Hall Wetlands parking lot at the bottom of Bridge Drive near the driving range. We have for our areas to clean up zones 1, 2 and 90 as per this map Lethbridge Cleanup Areas 2025 - Google My Maps, Bridge Drive North, Bridge Drive south and Elizabeth Hall Wetlands.

  What should I bring: Clothes and footwear suitable for the weather and whatever garbage picking tool you should desire.

  LFGA will have available; garbage bags, gloves, bug spray (we will be at the beginning of Tick season), donuts, coffee and juice boxes.

  We will need a few folks willing to do the Bridge Drive routes, these are slightly more strenuous than the Elizabeth Hall Wetland area.
