This is a two part course.
The morning will be classroom presentation and discussion about the tools and techniques required to take a big game animal from harvest to table. The afternoon will be a demonstration of different processing techniques on the carcass of a road killed deer.
Lunch will NOT be provided, registrants are advised to bring a lunch as we will be having a 30 minute lunch break.
In order for registrants to have a good observation of the processing demonstration and to get a chance to try some of the techniques attendance will be limited to 12.
