- Southern Style Smoked Brisket with Chimichurri - Brisket seasoned to perfection and smoked for 16 hours then dressed with a fresh Chimichurri Sauce and Garlic Chili Oil.
- Duck Leg Confit with Port Wine Reduction - King Cole Duck Leg Confiture drizzled with Herb Compound Butter and dressed in a Saskatoon and Herb Port Wine Reduction.
- Bacon and Aged Cheddar Pomme Puree
- Wild Rice Pilaf with Wild Mushroom and Rosemary

Silent Auction
Our organization is passionately involved in efforts to conserve the fish and wildlife in Alberta and the habitats they depend upon. At the LFGA Shooting Sports Facility we promote education related to ethical hunting and the responsible use of firearms and archery equipment. We also support youth programs which encourage outdoor education and activities.
We are seeking silent auction items or any type of sponsorship. If you act now, you and/or your company can receive name mentions on our website, social media, banquet program, and in direct messaging to our members.
With your support funds raised at the event will be used for Lethbridge Fish & Game projects, with some past projects being habitat conservation, enhancement projects and programs such as the CPR Lake Stewardship Project, the Ridge Reservoir Habitat Project, the Alberta Wild Turkey Translocation project and the Alberta Wildlife Federation’s Alberta Habitat Fund.
