The morning will be classroom presentation and discussion about the tools and techniques required to take a big game animal from harvest to table. 

The afternoon will be a demonstration of cutting  and wrapping techniques using a lamb carcass. Participants will have an opportunity to do some cutting and wrapping themselves. 

There will be "hockey pool" type draw where each participant will get to choose which cut of the lamb they bring home. The lamb we are using is from a local producer (Lambtastic Farms) and is inspected and stamped. 

There will be no food or drink provided so BYOE (Bring your own everything )

The cost for the class will be $80.00 and attendance will be limited to 12 people
