    This is the perfect opportunity to try something new in a safe and mentoring environment! Try archery, shoot a .22 rifle, handgun, and trap shoot with a shotgun on the Lethbridge Fish and Game Association outdoor ranges. ALL shooting will be supervised by our licensed and experienced members.

    This workshop will explain how the hunting draw system works. You will gain an understanding of how priority points are awarded, how to predict your draw success, where the greatest success rates are for the critters you want to hunt, and application strategies.. There will be ample time for questions. Attendees should have read the Hunting Draws Booklet and have a basic understanding of draw application procedures.

    All attendees must bring a fully-charged tablet or laptop, pen, and paper. Attendees must be able to connect their computer to wifi and know how to use their browser. Phones will not be sufficient.

    This LFGA-sponsored workshop will be presented courtesy of PALcourse.ca Tedd Walcott. Tedd is an experienced hunter who devotes 10-15 days during hunting season taking out first-time hunters and other less experienced hunters. He is certified by AHEIA as a shotgun coach, Hunter Ed instructor, fishing instructor, first-time hunter mentor, Firearms Safety Instructor and Range Safety Officer. His website is PALcourse.ca.
